I was not going to have a blog post today on this #FundMeFriday but as I sit here watching television and I am nice and relaxed from day two of eating turkey, I started noticing so many posts on Facebook about all the shopping everyone has done today on this “Black Friday”. I hope you all have had fun but as your coach and hopefully one of your mentors, I must ask you, did you need what you bought or did you want it?
Hopefully before you went on your shopping spree today, I surely hope that you paid yourself first before doing anything else. Did you make that deposit into your secret savings account? If not, do it now. If you forgot and ran out of money………..tomorrow go return something and make that deposit. It will be exhilarating to say the least.
As you spend the rest of your weekend shopping, do not forget to stay focused on the fact that you are trying to build or grow your business and you need to continue to learn. So, once again, I am going to recommend a great book called Crushing It. Borrow it from your library or from a friend and start reading it. It is a real mood booster and an eye opening path finder.
